The location next to the La Défense arena is convenient, but the room was in bad condition and the cleaning was not done.

“Très mitigé”

The staff were very warm and welcoming, and breakfast was extraordinary. However, the room quality was poor; I booked a superior room with a view but the reality was far from the photos on Booking, with outdated décor, green carpet, and a view of huge construction equipment. I also experienced a lot of noise from above the room all afternoon, even though I had mentioned I was pregnant and needed rest and quiet.

“Good hotel”

Front desk staff, guest relations, and the concierge at the front door are very welcoming, helpful, and eager to assist; the hotel itself feels calm and cozy. We tried to have breakfast over the weekend but faced long queues and the restaurant staff didn’t handle it well; I expected a friendly smile, apology, or a courteous note to wait, but they seemed indifferent. Overall, I see the hotel more as a business venue than a place for private trips or holiday comfort; the lobby is constantly filled with conference and seminar guests, and the shared toilets are similarly busy, so there’s no chance for a relaxed conversation in the lobby.

The location was great, right next to the Paris La Defense Arena, and I could catch a show there. The bathroom door and closet squeaked terribly, which is unacceptable in a five‑star hotel; maintenance is clearly lacking.

“Décevant”

I was disappointed with the place; it absolutely doesn’t deserve those five stars.
