“It was the worst motel ever”

Nothing was good about this stay. Ants in the room ruined a whole pizza and they did nothing about it. The air conditioner didn’t stay on. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room or change the sheets during the entire week‑long stay.

“Needs attention, property ID aging and needs new coolers and remodel or close”

Convenient location and affordable. It was a king room, very cramped. It looked like it was designed for a single occupant. The room was hot, the cooler didn’t work half the time. No outlets and only one day we received towels. No other room service was provided and when we asked, the management had to bring towels. There were a few ants and other insects in the room and it smelled stale. The refrigerator didn’t keep things cold and the hot water took forever to start. I also noticed that for a holiday weekend other hotels were packed but this place wasn’t. We have stayed here several times but this time it was the worst.

How quiet it was. The washer and dryer to expensive. Breakfast was ok. Maybe better service in room service got clean towels afyerv2vdaysvbut but no new sheets and we were there 5 days

The young man claimed to be the manager. When I first approached the property, we asked the young lady if we could check in early. She nodded for us to look at the check‑in sign for 2 o’clock. She didn’t realize if we could read or not, an ADA violation. Nasty attitude. Then we were checked into 218, the room was uncleaned, so we went back to the front desk to get another room. The setting was okay. However, we asked for towels and blankets. We got a blanket. My husband went to the front desk to get towels and the towels looked like towels you mopped the floor with. This hotel should be investigated. Really unclean.
