“平地より10℃近く気温が低く、避暑にもってこいの素敵なホテルであった。”
Being surrounded by nature made the air feel fresh, and there were several spots where both kids and adults could have fun; the athletic‑style play area by the clear pond let you fall into the water, but with life‑jackets on, the children cheered as they played, which was entertaining to watch. The hotel garden was well‑mowed, and people of all ages were using the balls and badminton set up there, giving us an experience you can’t get in the city. The meals were consistently tasty, generous, and not overly salty, clearly prepared with care, though after a few days the dinner menu started to repeat, cycling back to the first day’s dishes after three nights, and while you can switch to a barbecue, it really shines with a large group; eating it solo or with just one other person feels half the fun. One lingering worry was the recent bear sightings in the region—though none have been reported at the hotel itself, a nearby town did have a sighting, and I even took a bear bell with me, which might not bother some guests but added a bit of anxiety during hikes.
