I couldn’t book a room at Vila S. Giovanni through Booking, so I lucked out and found La Marianna! I arrived at 21:30 and Rocco and his wife kindly picked me up from the train station free of charge. They’re incredibly helpful and friendly—just wonderful! My room was spotless, super cozy, and offered a fantastic view. I’d love to come back. Thanks for everything!

The spot in the heights offers a stunning view of the Strait of Messina. Rocco, the owner, is a gem. He helped us carry our luggage and brewed coffee before our early departure. FANTASTIC.

The staff were super welcoming and helpful, and the location was very convenient. We stayed only one night, but we felt right at home immediately. Highly recommended!

Good location, spacious room, plenty of on‑site parking, and a comfortable bed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The AC turns on when the temperature hits 27°C and runs until it drops to 24°C, then stops; after about 15 minutes it revs up again at full blast, which is really annoying and wakes you up at night. The owner said he’d change this setting.

Clean and comfortable environment with all the amenities. Parking is super convenient. Great location for reaching the coast. The owners were very cordial and gave us a warm welcome.
