Palazzo Bontadosi in the center is very welcoming, with excellent service and the girls are very sweet. Breakfast is just right, with sweet and savory pastries, great cakes, and the spa is nice—everything you need, I recommend it. Almost nothing, only that it’s a bit uncomfortable to get there, but they’re well organized; I hope they don’t get traffic fines for the ZTL.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind. The spa is small but pretty and unique. The two jacuzzis in the garden were good. Breakfast had little variety but was absolutely high quality. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The water in the jacuzzis was too cold.

The staff’s courtesy and availability were great. The view from the room overlooks the garden. Everything is fine.
