The place feels clean, the staff are polite, the food is tasty, and everything else is great. I don’t see any negatives. It’s a matter of taste, but I didn’t like the room’s smell (maybe a Ferlagamo scent?) a little.

The private outdoor onsen is very nice. However, even though there are two floors, the first‑floor bedroom feels a little cramped.

The dinners and breakfasts were top quality, and the serving staff were very courteous, making the whole experience enjoyable.

The indoor and outdoor baths were fantastic, leaving my skin silky smooth, but the terrace on the second floor was fully visible from surrounding apartments and hotels, which made it hard to relax.
