The place looks great, the room is well decorated, and the outdoor area is very pleasant. Breakfast is excellent and well served. We dined at the hotel for dinner, but the menu price wasn’t justified by the experience or the quality of what was served. Unlike breakfast, dinner was bland and I wouldn’t recommend it. Our room faced the pool, and children and noise were present all day.

- Pretty much everything. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed, ever. We did not want to leave. - Our beautiful room and terrace area - it was peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. A lovely place to be. - The breakfast - everything you could want, delivered by wonderfully attentive and friendly staff, and it was ALL delicious. - The staff and the level of service they provided was great. - Evening meals were superb. Great menu choices and cooked beautifully. - The laidback luxury feel. If you’re unsure whether to book this hotel - do!! You won’t regret it!!. This is not a “dislike” - this hotel is fantastic. Just a slight drawback you may wish to be aware of? As previous reviews hint at, the location is very isolated. But this can also be a positive, can it not?! Ubers are readily available, although I wouldn’t rely on the bikes the hotel provides… whilst free to use (a nice touch) the ones we saw weren’t in the best condition and they don’t provide helmets. As your more safety conscious kind of guest, we dismissed our plans to ride to Cacela Velha and stayed at the hotel instead… which wasn’t the worst use of our time!!

Attention to detail. Fabulous staff. Very warm and inviting. Delicious breakfast. Staying in the treehouse was dreamy. Specifically, more lighting by the private pool at the treehouse and also by the swing would be useful. We couldn’t really sit out there was hard to swim in the evening. I think some of the bulbs just need to be changed. Simple fix. Also there were battery operated candles that would’ve been lovely around the pool, but none of them worked. Also not a big deal. I’m sure we could have asked for them to be changed and they would have done it instantly

The location is very beautiful and gives a huge sense of peace, encouraging real rest. Still, it’s close to the beach and other points of interest. Breakfast is excellent and I love that there’s no time limit for serving. All the staff are extremely friendly. I would like the option of a la carte dinner.
