The hotel sits in a great, convenient part of Karachi, close to markets and other essentials, and the area is lively 24/7, so getting around the city is easy. Security was a big plus, with guards on duty all the time. The property was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the air conditioning worked well, and breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, the service was very good and I had a comfortable, satisfying stay. The only major improvement I’d suggest is adding an in‑room safe or a locker inside the wardrobe to keep passports and cash secure when you’re not in the room; this would give more peace of mind, especially during cleaning. There was also a brief interruption in the water supply, but it was restored afterward. Ensuring an uninterrupted water supply and providing in‑room safes would make the experience even better.
