The reception was excellent, and the hotel manager made us feel comfortable right from the start; she’s chatty, gave us great regional site suggestions, and recommended good spots for truffade, all with a very human kindness—thanks a lot 👍. The building looks old from the outside, but the rooms are very clean; the mattresses need changing because the springs are felt. Other than that, nothing else to note.

We didn’t enjoy anything special. There was no one at reception upon arrival, and the doors were closed. The bedding was outdated and of deplorable quality. The breakfast “buffet” consisted of two slices of ham, a croissant, and a chocolate croissant. Even though we came off‑season given the room and breakfast price, it was unacceptable.

The hotel was close to the places we wanted to visit, and the view of the mountains was magnificent. A minor issue was the bathroom: it would be better to have a shower cabin instead of a curtain.

I loved everything: the mountain view was top, the staff was top, everything was top. The breakfast was excellent. The value for money was very, very good.

The location is great, just 10 minutes by car to Lioran, and the balcony offers a nice mountain view. The beds are very comfortable and the linen is clean. The staff is very helpful. The furniture is old and the reception area looks neglected; the hotel needs a renovation.
