Breakfast was excellent, the view was spectacular, and the staff were friendly and always helpful; nothing negative.

I was blown away by the hotel's incredible location, stunning architecture, and fantastic facilities, including a wonderful pool. However, I was somewhat disappointed by the staff's lack of service-mindedness, although the young local manager was a notable exception. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its many outstanding qualities.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's amazing view and comfortable room, and the food was also great. What really made my stay stand out, though, was the exceptional service from Jordan and John, who were truly amazing folks.

I had a wonderful stay here, with breathtaking views and a luxurious room that was incredibly comfortable. The restaurant was truly exceptional, but I felt that the hotel could benefit from a stronger presence of staff catering to the needs of guests. Overall, it was a great experience, but with a bit more attention to guest services, it could have been even better.
My stay here was absolutely delightful, with a stunning view from The Mount Knysna that surpassed even the Viewpoint! Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home, which made our stay truly special.
