Food was plentiful but the average quality was below average; the check‑in, check‑out, and luggage delivery felt like the Stone Age compared to Bonvoy Sheraton hotels worldwide, whereas at Four Seasons it took only two minutes to check in and three minutes to get the items in the room.
Housekeeping was very clean, especially Nasma who kept everything spotless; overall it was good.
I thank the reception management of the Cairo Sheraton Hotel and Casino for their hospitality and daily follow‑up to provide all hotel services to guests, especially the reception manager Mohamed Kader for his constant attention to guests, and I give my sincere thanks to the management of the Cairo Sheraton Hotel.
