Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.

The hotel is located in the most touristic area. So you can walk to any important place you want. The best part of the hotel is the terrace which has great Cathedral view. They let you to bring your own drinks up to there. The cleanliness of the room was quite good. The staff was nice. Special thanks to Giuseppe, for helping us with the taxi and our luggages. It’s on the third floor of the building, so I suggest considering this detail if you’re not gonna be able to use the ladders. I would be happier if the hotel had a drink service to the terrace, like cocktails and other beverages, it would be even more lively and joyful to hang out there. Despite the bathroom seems newly decorated (which was nice), there was a bit of bad odor

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr zentraler Lage und auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die 66 Treppenstuffen waren jedes mal sehr streng 🥵

“The Cardina met all our expectations.”

The location was great (although too far to walk from the train station. We stayed at 6 different hotels in Italy over three weeks. Cardinal was by far the oldest, built in the early 1600s. We knew there was no lift, but it wasn't made clear that ALL the rooms were on the third floor. Fortunately, we're fit 70 YO and it wasn't a problem, but most of our peers couldn't do the stairs (sadly). The staff was ok and kinda disengaged. There was a lot of street noise, but we were in the back, so we missed most of it. The place has a great rooftop terrace, but its winding, narrow stairs would not be for everyone. The bed was great; we loved the balcony where we could see the Duomo about 2 blocks away. No breakfast, which we also knew. I never realized how nice it is to have a full breakfast in-house while in a city you don't know well or at all. The staff probably could have been a little more engaging

Gran opción de hospedaje en Florencia, el hotel muy limpio, las habitaciones son amplias, y tiene una terraza con vista excepcional, se ve el Duomo increíble! Hay café, agua y jugo disponibles todo día! Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Todo me gustó, solo que si hay mucho ruido en otras habitaciones, se puede escuchar en la tuya, pero nada grave
