On 2026.10.29 the check‑in equipment was unfamiliar, causing a lot of wasted time. The staff during my previous stay were professional, but today this one was clearly not, and they forgot to offer a discount coupon.

The room was tidy and comfortable, and the bathroom had a dry‑wet separation. However, the sound insulation was poor. I heard the hallway and dining area chatter, laughter, door slamming, and footsteps from about 1:00 to 3:00 a.m., even with earplugs. As a solo female traveler, I couldn’t risk confronting the guests, and the self‑service lodging made it impossible to report the issue to staff.
