The walls were really thin and loud, and the bathtub had no stopper, so my two kids under four couldn't take a bath.

The location was amazing and the staff were amazing.

The only thing that mattered was the hotel's location, which was between Waco and Temple, so I booked it for my daughter's wedding instead of staying in Waco. The beds were uncomfortable and the room didn't cool quickly; crickets were in the room and I had to kill the ones I saw when I first arrived. After the rehearsal dinner, more crickets appeared and one even jumped onto my bed, keeping me up because I was worried about them coming from under the bed foundations. After the wedding, instead of dealing with the crickets and filth, I packed up and left by 9:00 pm Saturday night, skipping the office because some unsavory men were outside.
