We stayed in the suite with a view, and it was absolutely perfect! The view of the city was beautiful, and we could see the mountains surrounding Oaxaca, Santo Domingo, and the area where Monte Albán is located. The suite itself was incredibly cozy and had the softest bed! I point this out because my wife and I have been living in Mexico for a few months, and this was the first place with a truly soft and comfortable bed. The staff were excellent and provided incredible customer service, and ensured that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hotel is also located within walking distance of many cafe's and cute shops, the zocolo, and Santo Domingo. I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything! The room was beautiful, clean, and had all the essentials. The staff were friendly and helped with tours and taxis when needed, and the location was perfect—very close to everything. Nothing to complain about.
