I was really impressed with the cleanliness and design of the room - it was spotless and had a lovely white theme that made me feel all cozy and relaxed. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, and since they're Chinese, communication was a breeze. But the real cherry on top was the free porridge they served at night - it was such a thoughtful touch that warmed my belly and my heart.

The staff at this hotel were responsive to my problems, which was a big plus. However, my room (809) was a nightmare - the hair dryer didn't work, the aircond was broken, and it was like sleeping in a sauna. I sweated the whole night and was really angry. The staff did change my room, but the new one had issues too. It's clear that the aircond needs some maintenance, and I'd suggest checking the coolant levels.

This place is a gem. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was spotless. It's a shame that the noise from the street outside made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
