“Buena uibicación, mucho por mejorar”

The location was very good and the air conditioning excellent. The pillows were terrible. The single bed fell apart when the kids slept, and the sink only produced a trickle of water. The cleaning was shallow, with dust under the beds; a deeper clean would help. The most serious issue was that while we were staying, other people arrived and opened the apartment because they had the key and were given incorrect instructions. Luckily we were right there with our valuables, but the owners should give different keys, as there’s no guarantee someone won’t enter while you’re not present.

The location was great, check‑in was very easy, the owner answered very quickly, and the host was very nice. The apartment felt a little run‑down.

I really liked the location, just a few meters from the Vatican Museums. The room itself was solid and very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the supplies you could need. For the first two days we didn’t have hot water, but later the host sorted everything out.

I stayed in a spacious room that actually had three air‑conditioners, and the location was outstanding. The cleaning, however, was terrible.
