Maybe the reception. It is unthinkable that this establishment has a good rating. No hot water, very, very dirty, drawers not cleaned—including one still holding an empty cigarette pack—flies and mosquitoes in large numbers. I stay at many hotels worldwide and usually don’t give negative reviews because I respect the hospitality industry, but here it feels like they don’t care about guests. I hope this comment will make them think.
