The location is great, parking is tight but the staff speak Turkish and are friendly. The only issue was the shower in the bathroom, water ran out quickly; the beds were soft.

The location and price are good. Everything was quite dirty, there was life under the beds. The pillows were uncomfortable, and on two occasions we had to go down to get towels because they only left half.

The staff were friendly, understanding, and helpful, and we appreciated their kindness, but the overall stay fell short of expectations. The rooms weren’t as clean as they should have been, and a strong damp, humid smell made breathing difficult. Mosquito bites kept us up all night, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. No complimentary items or refreshments were offered, and basic bathroom essentials like shampoo were missing. While the staff were excellent, the hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, ventilation, bed comfort, and basic amenities.

The place is in the center, within walking distance of all attractions and the market. The walls are so thin that people’s conversations spill over, and I could smell cigarette smoke from a neighboring room – is that normal?
