The spot is close to the city center and pretty quiet, but there’s no AC, the bed feels a bit tight for someone 6'1", and the bathroom is shared.

The owners are new to the business and seem determined to make it work, so first guests need to be patient and open to suggestions. I heard the wife warned the owner, and it’s important that he stays neutral on certain matters; otherwise, some guests might cancel at the gate and leave negative reviews that hurt the rating.
