The street was quiet with lovely green views and close to Leith attractions and Edinburgh sights; the room was roomy with a super comfy bed and everything elegant and top‑class for a great stay, though we only had one night—still would recommend. The storage locker system was good, but the app was hard to use.

The room was beautiful in a stunning building, the shower was great (rare these days), and the location made it easy to visit the Royal Yacht, return a hire car, and get to the airport via the city bypass.

We stayed in the Victoria room: large, comfortable, bright, and well equipped with good value for a last‑minute price, and it was close to the tram. The self‑service locker system was tricky; we had to try four lockers before one worked—an inconvenience at a staff‑free hotel.

The location was very nice, quiet, and close to the city centre. The room was clean in a well‑maintained building, with good, high‑quality furnishings, a lovely bathroom, and everything modern and cozy.
