“Staff was extraordinary. Room was very clean, parking was great.”

The staff were superlative—helpful and friendly—yet the TV package in our room made watching TV a nightmare: about 3,000 channels with no printed guide, so we had to scroll endlessly. We couldn’t get network channels or even ESPN; most were kids or Chinese channels. Lobby TV used DirecTV, a different setup, but still inconvenient.

“Pleasant and relaxing, no surprises”

The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location was convenient. Everything else was acceptable.

“Clearly designed for a young demographic with focus on fitness. Not my goal on a long drive.”

The staff everywhere—front desk, kitchen—were very nice, but the phone charger was mounted too high on the wall for our cords. There was no real nightstand on either side of the bed; we had to read actual books and documents. Also, it was uncomfortable to be seen through the glass door while using the toilet or shower.

“The lobby was clean and I think is the best place were someone can seat and relax”

We didn’t have breakfast, and the room was so small for the price I paid that I couldn’t even turn around freely; the towels were clean but very old.
