The pool was huge, the sunbeds comfy, and the waiter service around the pool was excellent. The room was a decent size and the staff were very pleasant. Food at the pool bar was nice, just a bit pricey. The cost of food and drinks was higher than at other hotels in the resort.

It was nice that the restaurants were close by, but we ran into problems: the toilets kept leaking continuously, and the room next to the highway was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep even at night. After arguing with the manager we switched rooms, and she spoke badly about me in Greek because I complained about the room issues. Now that AI makes translation easy, I can say she was quite dismissive to her colleague over the phone. The pool was dirty with green residue everywhere, some pool accessories were broken and didn’t work – I’m talking about the large communal pool. This was my third and last stay; the service and facilities had become a disaster.
