The verandah was open and spacious. However, it felt like there was no privacy because the room window faced a walkway corridor on both sides, and it was a corner room.

The hotel was close to Long Beach’s covered eateries, outdoor street food, and the beach. Rooms were cleaned every two days, key cards were used for security, and the air‑con and fan worked. The Karaoke Lounge on Level 2 was so loud from Thursday to Sunday that it kept me awake until 2:30 am even though I stayed on Level 3. The manager said the noise shouldn’t reach my room, then promised a room change but never showed up to do it. He claimed he was available 24/7, yet the desk was unmanned so I couldn’t get help.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful.

The place was clean and comfortable, the toilet was well‑maintained, and parking was convenient with easy access to the nearby city car park, making for a pleasant, hassle‑free stay. However, the bedsheet looked dirty and Colgate products were missing.
