The place is very nice, the staff are friendly and quick, and the breakfast is excellent, but the bathroom wasn’t very clean and the cleaning service was unhelpful; background music in the pool area would have been nice.

We were impressed by the service, especially when we were given a second room closer to us without being asked after it became clear we wanted to hang out together in the evenings; the hotel wasn’t fully booked, so the upgrade was possible and came at no extra charge even though the new room was a higher category. Little touches made the visit memorable: a table set daily in the restaurant so we could bring our dog to the breakfast buffet, and every staff member took charge of orders, refills and extras with great attention and friendliness. It felt like a 10‑out‑of‑5 experience.
