“Great location direct access to airport monorail and Yamanote line very clean and quiet neighborhood”

Close to JR Yamanote Line, Subway Daimon, very close to Yurikamome line, and Tokyo Monorail. Very comfortable especially if you are using Haneda airport. Since the neighborhood is a big company, the streets are relatively clean and very quiet on weekends. Hotel staffs are great. They offers small breakfast every morning. Room is small indeed but utilize very good space and quite large shower room. Elevators can be crowded sometimes. Not very much restaurants choices around the area. Decoration wise too much manga style some people might not please. Very small cooler in the room that barely fits anything. The table is super small. Very small wash basin I don't like that. And maybe on weekdays could be crowded a little since it is near a vey big company building, still you can enjoy come food trucks coming around there

“Great value and great stay!”

The location was good. Not too busy and an easy and pleasant walk to trains. Waterfront view was pretty. Room was very clean and comfortable. The shower room is great. It is right above a family Mart, which is very helpful. There is free pastry and soup and coffee in the morning, if you need that. They clean every other day but you can always get more towels or something else if you need it by asking. Obviously the rooms are small, but we're not there to be in our room. We were comfortable as two adults. We have actually stayed there twice now for two different trips. Both great experiences. Check in is a bit overly complicated. But the staff is always nice and helpful. You have to sign in on the computer but then you still have to move over to the in-person line. It feels like it should be one or the other. But it's never so bad that I wouldn't stay again

- le personnel très sympathique et parle EN! - petit-déjeuner (très sommaire) mais GRATUIT -chambre propre - se situe juste au-dessus d’un family mart - quartier très tranquille, proche de transports en commun. - chambre très petite mais dans la normalité des Tokyo, je pense - presque pas de rangement

“Trendy, clean and helpful kind staff.”

Staff were great! Rooms were a little small but couldn’t really expect more for the price a location, very clean and showers were good. Overall would stay there again, also super easy to get to airport
