The room was lovely, the breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and extra requests were also met.

Owner / Manager Karen was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent secure, in garage bike storage . Room was very clean and bright with 3 windows . Fan in room if needed . Bathroom clean with great shower water pressure. Many receptacles for plugging in . Short walk to very good restaurant named Rubli . Breakfast was very good with many choices plus made to order eggs . Would stay here again - in fact we stayed here previously in 2022 !. Really nothing to dislike

The staff were very friendly, they offered a refund for the second night as it was difficult to sleep due to the heat. They did offer a breakfast in the morning. It was a cute, old building. In cooler weather it would be a quaint place to stay. No fans/air conditioning. Very small bathroom. Very uncomfortable. A lot of this was out of the control of the hotel as the weather was extremely hot
