This was a hidden gem! It was in a great area, super accessible for the local shrines but away from the hustle and bustle of central Nikko. The provided bikes were a lovely bonus, giving us the option to travel to places we likely would have missed otherwise. There's a Lawson within a few minutes walk which ended up being really handy, and the kitchen in the accommodation meant we didn't need to eat every meal out. Everything we had missed from other accommodations we've stayed at was here, it's all so well thought out and didn't lack anything facility wise. We had a great stay and will 100% return. N/A

Everything was self‑explanatory and contactless—sauna, washing machine, all there. In House 2 the bed is on a ladder, so for a 190 cm tall person the blanket can be a bit tricky, but it’s doable. Otherwise it’s super comfortable and spacious, with a separate beautiful bathroom and a private terrace. Early check‑in was free if arranged in advance.

The place feels like a top‑tier boutique hotel, every corner polished and thoughtfully arranged. The owner really cares about how guests feel, and it shows in the clear, friendly instructions and quick, professional replies to any questions. Inside, everything is flawless—no complaints at all.
