The lounge is beautiful, the sleeping area is roomy, the storage locker is huge, it feels very safe, the staff are friendly, and it’s not too far from the city centre; I worked from the lounge and it was very comfortable with tasty food and drinks, so I’d recommend it. The only downside is a half‑hour walk from Matsumoto’s centre, though the walk is very pleasant.

The hotel was fully equipped, clean, and user‑friendly, with stylish interior design and thoughtful accessories. The staff were helpful, the café area was spacious and meals were good, and the use of local wine and ingredients was appreciated. The complimentary one‑drink service and included breakfast added extra value. However, there was no staff present in the morning, leaving arriving guests confused; an emergency contact number would have been useful.
