“Great value accommodation.”

The price was really good and the hostel itself was great. It was very comfortable, clean, had a huge kitchen, and was a good place to meet people if that’s what you’re after (not for us, but generally). The onsite bar, pool table, and hammocks added plenty of options. The only problems were that the bathroom upstairs from us wasn’t great, but the downstairs ones were all nice so that was fine. Also, work started on the bathrooms outside our room at about 7:30 am; we were on a honeymoon so the banging and drilling was a bit annoying, but otherwise it was really good.

“Great hostel, will be back!”

The room was excellent, the facilities were great, and it was very clean—cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The hostel is well‑styled and the staff are fantastic. Trivia night was a lot of fun and they put a lot of effort into planning events so people can meet socially. The location is amazing, just a short walk into Interlaken and easy public transport to nearby towns. The bed was very firm, which some people prefer, so that’s fine. The noise from other guests being loud and slamming doors was outside the host’s control; we used earplugs to sleep better. It’s okay if you’re a heavy sleeper.

“Amazing staff and great location”

A sprawling hostel with a classic vibe and plenty of social events, I booked a private king room that shared a bathroom but was surprisingly cozy, especially with a fan handy. The staff were fantastic and super friendly, though the individual shower room got pretty wet, so you had to undress before stepping in.
