There were many types of baths, and the provided jump‑ups, lotions, and other toiletries were plentiful. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. Because the onsen is open to the public as well as guests, it was crowded and the hair‑drying area was congested, forcing me to wait. The relaxation room was also full, so I couldn’t use it, and during the morning buffet the dressing and sauces ran out without being restocked, which was frustrating.

The large public bath had many features and the water was smooth and pleasant, and the private open‑air bath in the room was also enjoyable; I spent relaxed moments sipping drinks at the table beside the tub and soaking again after sweating. The shampoo and conditioner from ReFa were a nice touch, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were courteous. I didn’t realize it was a complex called Super Onsen, so seeing many non‑guests in the space next to my room was a bit odd; clearer information would have helped. The ice machine and vending machines were far away, so having them closer would be better, and the refrigerator in the room was weak.
