The hotel was spotless and the receptionist was extremely helpful.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was great—close to the airport and in a cool neighborhood with plenty of nearby spots to explore. I would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel sits in a quieter part of the city, within walking distance of everything we needed—many bakeries, delicious dinner options like the amazing borscht at Number 1 Dumpling, and a nearby metro station. Our room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed before starting a biking trip. Ninno, our main contact at the hotel, was super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

I chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport, where I had to travel the next day. The reception was okay but didn’t stand out in friendliness or communication. It was nice that I could check in early. The room was spacious and the beds were good. Because I was leaving early, I didn’t have breakfast. What really let me down was that the shower wasn’t cleaned. When I got ready to shower, I noticed a lot of long black hairs on the floor, urine on the floor, and a torn piece of toilet paper in the shower basin. After I mentioned it, a young lady who seemed to think she was very important called me. Her entire attitude was geared toward getting rid of me as quickly as possible. She asked if I had already showered. I answered YES. Then she could no longer check, and the cleaner was already gone home. When I responded that it could be checked because I don’t have long black hairs (I’m bald), it only caused irritation, which annoyed me a lot. It got so unpleasant that at one point she said I would otherwise be asked to check out. I’ve never experienced such a dog‑like approach, service, attitude, and overall rude behavior. But with my Higher Hotel School diploma, I still don’t understand how it should be.
