The staff are friendly, but the hotel lacks too many amenities. In Đà Lạt the climate is cold, yet there are no hair dryers or bottled water.

We booked this place as a stopover for two nights and were looking for the basics - a bed and bathroom. We got that, and more. The fan was really effective, so we didn't need the AC, and the central location was perfect. The manager on site was super friendly and even organized a fun evening with drinks and snacks for the guests. Our room was quiet and cozy, and the bed was huge and comfy.

I was really disappointed with this place, especially considering the price. For 100 Australian dollars a night, I expected a lot more. Unfortunately, the sheets were dirty, there was no water, and the TV didn't work. It was a pretty basic and unimpressive experience.
