Each room includes a flat‑screen TV, a seating area, and a private bathroom. The property lies five minutes by car from Rizzoli Orthopaedic Hospital, 2 km from Via Indipendenza, Piazza Maggiore and the Bologna Towers, and 9 km from Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport.

The address is wrong, or the actual street number is incorrect, and the location is inconvenient relative to the Rizzoli health facility—though it’s only 1.6 km away, the road is uphill and rough, and the bus line is also troublesome because you need to change twice and walk a stretch from the stop near the room (you have to guess) to the bus that goes to Rizzoli. Also, the bed was wobbly.

The location was good. The room was cold, and there were restrictions on radiators until 15 November; I bought a small heater to avoid getting pneumonia after showers. The outlets for charging phones were disabled, so you can’t charge a phone in the room. Apart from that, I left the heater as a gift to the owner.

The room was clean, but it didn’t look like the photos, the access was difficult, and it was extremely pricey for what it was.

Vicina alle principali cliniche e ospedali come serviva a noi. Camera spartana molto basica senza clima bollitore o macchina caffè visto che la colazione non c'è devi perforza uscire per un caffe.Nel prezzo leggete bene non è compreso il posto auto 15 euro e tassa di soggiorno 6,5 euro a persona notte
