The food was good with plenty of options for every meal, and the hotel’s location was great because it’s so close to the beach, but the ceilings in the restaurant/bar area felt a bit low. The room’s location was not ideal, facing a building under construction with cranes, and I wondered why single occupants were assigned to such rooms.

The location was good, but there was essentially nothing else to note.

Breakfast was fine, but the staff were unfriendly, the space was too large, and the fixtures and furnishings were outdated.

The bathrooms were convenient for changing and showering on arrival and departure, and the staff were friendly. However, even though I had booked a full board, there was no difference compared to not having it; I still paid for parking and towels at the pool, which were also paid. The champagne glasses in the room were dirty, and a bottle of hot champagne was already in the room when we arrived. The dinner restaurant was included, but we were told about it very late, and when we tried to book for Saturday, they said they didn’t open on Saturdays. The buffet was terrible, with almost no meat or fish options. Putting a sandwich on a night buffet isn’t very appropriate. The beach hammocks were not from the hotel – they cost extra. Noise from hallway staff, guests, and poorly insulated rooms was an issue. The faucets had a lot of limescale and the water didn’t flow well. The shampoo and body wash containers were very small. The hotel was adapted for foreigners but not for local tastes. Exclusive areas for full board guests had no snacks, only alcohol bottles. The gym was tiny, the spa didn’t respond to messages, and availability was almost nonexistent.
