I stayed in a spot that was super comfy and right on the beach, and the staff were amazing.

Everything was spot on. I had a previous stay at Big Boys and, because of a long immigration line, I was going to arrive later than planned. I called the hotel to let them know I would be there in 30 minutes and they said it was fine. When I got there, the room was quite cool. When I asked why, they told me they had turned on the air conditioner as soon as I called. They also left an extra key so I could keep the AC on if I left the room. That was very considerate given the hot and humid weather in Phuket. They had many staff changes but the service quality stayed the same. Most of the staff spoke English well, were very kind, well‑mannered, and always ready to help. They took my laundry around 8 pm and it was ready before 10 am the next day for free. Scott, the staff supervisor, did a great job as always. He sent staff to help us with our baggage on checkout day even though we didn’t ask. When I didn’t want the regular cleaning, I asked housekeeping the next day to change the bed sheets, empty the bins, and replace the towels, and they arrived in less than 2 minutes. Their service was faster than many 5‑star hotels. I want to thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart and I’m really looking forward to staying with them again.
