The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
The breakfast was also a highlight, with a delicious spread that set us up for the day.
The location is great, right in the Medina, but be prepared to walk with your luggage to and from the riad.
The riad itself is spotlessly clean, and the pool area and roof terrace are lovely spots to relax.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful and attentive to guests' needs, and there are no complaints.

I prefer to stay polite and just say polite as I am waiting for a full refund from the owner who did agree to do so. Everything. We were meant to stay 3 night, we left as soon we could the very next day. We had such a poor reception bearing in mind our flight arrived late to arrive to the accommodation and be told that we didn’t have a reservation which by the way was paid in full in advance. We probably got to our room at 1 am with not even a bottle of water and put in the room we didn’t book
We were very warmly welcomed. Our suite was large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was consistently excellent, varying each morning. The pool was refreshing and very clean. One evening we had couscous at the Riyad, and it was superb. Sophia was a great host who recommended excellent local spots; we felt right at home. Getting around the medina walls was easy, and I recommend this address 100 %.
