“Péssimo. Nao caia no golpe desse hotel.”

The hotel doesn’t appear on Brazilian location systems. I wandered for over an hour and a half without finding it, then had to pay for another hotel after a lot of stress and fatigue. It was already midnight when I secured a new place. Worse, the company wouldn’t cancel the payment I made; they’re also terrible at signage and dishonest with customers. The phone didn’t answer to explain the directions. Terrible experience. If you don’t want to be scammed, avoid this phantom hotel.

The place is in a killer spot—easy to get to and right in the middle of everything. No breakfast is offered, but the owners were super welcoming and made us feel right at home. All in all, a solid stay.

The view of Serra is a real highlight, and the host was very helpful. The only downside was the shower, which had a pretty weak water flow.

The place itself is great and the service was top-notch. The owner was attentive, even helped us plan what to do around town. The only hiccup was the shower: it didn't heat up well on the first day, and on the second day it had a problem that was fixed quickly. That’s the only thing that could use a bit of improvement.

From the moment I arrived, the location was stunning and the lodge was impeccably organized. The staff welcomed me with warmth and even helped me find the best mechanics when my car broke down. The property is spacious, with a pool, barbecue area, a lake to relax by, and a viewpoint to watch sunrise and sunset over the nature. I’ll definitely come back because the kindness and empathy I received are priceless.
