I got a last‑minute notice that they couldn't host me because of technical issues on the morning of my arrival, so I had to scramble for a place to crash after already starting a multi‑day hike. I had booked the room the day before, it appeared available and was confirmed, yet when the rejection came I saw several rooms still listed as open on their website.
