The place sits right in the middle of Leiria city centre, so everything’s within walking distance; the rooms were spotless, cozy, and well kept. We had a fantastic time and everything worked out perfectly—no problems at all.

I thought it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a tourist flat; nothing on the internet clarified that.

The location was great and everything was very clean!

The spot in the city centre is spot‑on, though it gets a bit noisy late at night but not too disruptive. The only downside is the lack of bath mats in the bathrooms.

The setting is very quiet in the old town, everything is super clean because the owner cleans daily, and we could drop off our luggage early. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
