It was my first summer mountain trip and it went far beyond expectations! The Bifore in Valle is a very well‑maintained and clean place, with an excellent breakfast and a truly special welcome. On my birthday I even found a slice of Sacher with a candle: a small gesture that made me very happy and I appreciated it a lot. ❤️ The owner, Angela, is very kind and gave us a lot of valuable advice for our hikes, helping us discover and enjoy the beautiful Valle di Fiemme. It’s clear she knows her job and does it with passion. A truly pleasant experience that I recommend without hesitation. If we return to Predazzo, we already know where to stay! Thanks for everything.

Everything was perfect and very clean! The location is great for visiting the Valle di Fiemme and Fassa, just steps from Predazzo’s center. The room was spacious, delightful, and comfortable; the bathroom was modern and roomy. The buffet breakfast was good and varied, with homemade pastries and savory items. Host Angela was truly kind and helpful, ready to meet every request, even providing gluten‑free muffins and cookies, as well as cured meats, jams, and eggs. Thanks! Highly recommended.

I stayed in a brand‑new, tidy and clean place with a comfy bed, a spacious room and bathroom. The host, Angela, was always helpful, kind and super friendly. Absolutely top.

The property sits in a strategic spot in Val di Fiemme, letting you hit countless trails and admire the Dolomites from every angle. My room had all the basics and the bathroom was very roomy. The owner showed a unique kindness, always ready, responsive and non‑intrusive. Breakfast was remarkable: local fresh produce, homemade cakes, fruit, sweet and savory items… everything was perfect.
