The front desk staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good and the room was nice, but the bathroom looked a bit worn out.

The breakfast was delicious and generous, the location is within walking distance of the center, the room was spacious, dogs were allowed, you could check in online, and you get a small snack if you skip cleaning the room. When I called the reception on the arrival day, the phone operator was very unfriendly, unhelpful and aggressive (though I eventually got what I wanted); we were arriving around 23:00 and I felt uneasy calling. Parking in the parking garage costs €13 per day at the hotel, but the garage charges a maximum of €10 per day. I discussed this twice at the front desk, and they said you can drive in and out, but that was not necessary for us. On the arrival day we arrived around 23:00, and for the hour until 00:00 €13 was also charged, and on the day we left at 11:00 it was charged again. They could have informed us better or offered a concession, but that was not an option. I see it as an extra service to park through the hotel, but it was the least of it. I ended up paying €39 when we could have paid a maximum of €28 through the garage ourselves. Unfortunately we left one day earlier due to circumstances, and we could not get a refund for the pre-booked breakfast (or offset it against the parking costs). The staff at the front desk ignore everyone upon arrival; you can’t get a hello unless you stand at the desk. The room was not cleaned between 10 and 15 even though there was a sign on the door. The rooms were fine, a bit dated, but the bath was great and the mattresses were comfortable. It was nice that there was a balcony, but everything about the balcony was mentioned, the furniture was partly broken and the balcony itself looked neglected.

New mattresses from 2026. The rooms were relatively large, a wide selection of products at breakfast, free bicycle storage, and a very good location for activities.
