We were deceived: the reservation was confirmed, but when we arrived the door was locked and the host said guests were not being accepted.

The place was clean, well‑located, and comfortable. The shower could have had a bit more pressure, but that was a minor issue.
The location is quiet just outside the main centre, and it’s an easy walk to the village’s centre and the ruins. The staff were very friendly and helped us organise a transfer back to Cusco, even stopping at several requested spots along the way.
The breakfast was fantastic, high quality, and the area was very pleasant. The room was small but had everything needed. The hotel’s décor is quirky and fun, giving us a good laugh more than once. The only downside is that the hotel is far from Ollantaytambo’s tourist centre; I think they should provide a reliable motorbike taxi’s WhatsApp so guests can go to and from the centre, since there isn’t one right in front of the hotel.

The front‑desk lady was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and she also handled the taxi orders and explained everything clearly. Thank you! Everything could be better, but the ‘home‑like’ feeling I had here was the most important thing. Thanks again.
