“Volveré”
The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent, it was quiet, safe, and there were nearby places to eat and stroll.
The rooms were comfortable. The elevator broke down and wasn't fixed, and there were water problems in the room.
The room was spacious. The stay could be improved.
“No me gustó”
The location was good. There were no towels and the TV didn't show national channels; the whole hotel smelled like garbage, and the noise from other guests made it impossible to rest.
The room was well equipped. The breakfast offered very few options, the bathroom had huge moisture on the ceiling, housekeeping didn't clean every day during our stay, and the elevator was very small and felt every movement.
