The room was quiet and tidy (the new wallpaper looked nice, a higher‑quality hotel). It’s near the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit, in Hong Kong’s prime tourist area, with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from; guests with little luggage will find it comfortable.

The cleanliness, location, and the manager were great. The elevator was too slow and often full.

The property’s location is excellent, right in the downtown area and close to all shopping spots and the promenade. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they let me check in early at no extra cost. It’s cleaner than other nearby places.
