The location and the building were good, the room was decent and the breakfast was fine. The only issue was during booking: the website said the restaurant was open at night, I booked a non‑refundable rate for a short stay, and after payment I received an email saying the restaurant was closed that evening.

The place is lovely. The director and staff are very kind. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and fully equipped. Breakfast is generous, with fresh cakes. We dined by the lake, which is already a special experience. The food is all good and the service is flawless.

Lake Vico is a charming spot. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff is very friendly. The night was disturbed by the usual rude guests who made noise until the early hours.
