The guest service was good. There was no complimentary breakfast, and the shower temperature control handle in my girl bathroom fell off; I told the front desk manager about it.

I usually stay there for business trips, but I won’t return. Every day I had to go back to the front desk to have my key reprogrammed. The first room’s toilet didn’t work; I reported it early that morning and after work it still didn’t work, and no one ever came to fix it. I’ve stayed at this property on and off for two years during work travels, and it has definitely gone downhill.
