The hotel sits close to other businesses, but the ceiling collapsed into the bathtub, which was a major issue.

The place was filthy; I had to scrub the floor myself and even used the towel for cleaning. I was charged 65 dollars for the towel, even though the policy said 5 dollars per towel or rag. The property manager was rude and unprofessional, and when I tried to speak to someone else she called back and told me I had to leave because I cursed at her. She was not only rude but also a black woman, which made the situation worse. When I requested to speak to the Indian manager she said she was the manager and that no one could help me; I just wanted someone professional to resolve my issue.

I had no positives to mention; the experience was so bad I ended up staying at another hotel. The problems are the same as described above.
