Great location and very funky hotel. Staff are fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Song Fe cafe is 100 metres away - Michelliin Bib Gourmand traditional Singapore restaurant. A great way to start your Singapore adventures. We were there when the F1 was about to start so arguably paid more to stay than you would outside of this peak time/ rate

The hotel was fantastic; the room was beautifully decorated, well kept, and had everything we needed—just a tiny table that could have been smaller to free up space. The staff were exceptional, helping us with an early check‑in and a late check‑out, and they offered great local tips. The restaurant was superb; breakfast was included and perfect, and because we were exhausted the first night we opted for dinner there, which was so good we returned the next evening. Nothing to complain about.

The property is lovely, the rooftop pool is great, and it’s well located. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, especially with the children who wanted off‑menu options. No complaints.

The hotel has a nice design and is in a good area. The main issue was that the hotel charged for a breakfast for two people as originally booked, even though I was staying alone. When I asked the receptionist to lower the fee, he refused to reduce the price and said it would need to be adjusted, but he didn’t have the courage to explain it. After contacting the booking platform I discovered that it was actually the hotel’s policy. I paid the normal room rate, but it would have been fair to adjust the breakfast charge. Honesty is the least I would expect. The hotel looks better on its website than in reality. The rooftop pool and lounge sound appealing, but the pool is too small to swim in. The lounge has no bar, and the garden terrace offers no reason to stay there. The public areas are nicely done, but the heritage room was small and felt a bit cheap compared to its price. Instead of Dyson and Bang & Olufsen equipment, it would have been better to invest in a nicer floor finish.
