“Unacceptable customer service”
Clean room, decent club lounge with few food options. Valet parking was awful. I was asking them to charge my car for almost 7 hours. I checked in at 1720, they told me car will be charged. I reminded front desk staff noticing charge didn't start on my app. Only at 1030 pm I was explained I need to wait my turn. . Last conversation with valet was at 1215 in the morning. As you can imagine all I had to do is talking to valet parking staff(sarcastic tone) not rest or at least dining. horrible experience. Edit on Oct 09 In addition, for experience with parking valet, they (front desk staff, young lady)promised to wace parking fees but receiving a statement I see that nothing is waved. Unacceptable customer service. I couldn't imagine staff would lie about waving of charges. Very unprofessional and his honest
